Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Electrical, Civil, or Electronics & Communication from a recognized university/institute with at least 55% marks.
- OR Full-time Diploma in Electrical, Civil, or Electronics & Communication from a recognized technical board/institute with minimum 55% marks.
Salary and Compensation
Selected candidates will be offered competitive pay packages based on the role and project location. The compensation includes basic pay, dearness allowance, house rent allowance, and additional perks. The structure is as follows:
For Non-RDSS Projects:
- Field Engineers: Initial basic pay of ₹30,000/month, with a pay scale of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (3% annual increment). Total monthly compensation includes Industrial DA, HRA, and perks amounting to 35% of basic pay. Approximate annual CTC is ₹8.9 Lakhs.
- Field Supervisors: Initial basic pay of ₹23,000/month, with a pay scale of ₹23,000 – ₹1,05,000 (3% annual increment). Additional benefits include Industrial DA, HRA, and perks (35% of basic pay). Approximate annual CTC is ₹6.8 Lakhs.
For RDSS Project Roles:
- Field Engineers: Same pay band of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 with an initial basic pay of ₹30,000. Benefits include Industrial DA, HRA, and special project perks. Annual CTC remains approximately ₹8.9 Lakhs.
- Field Supervisors: Pay scale of ₹23,000 – ₹1,05,000 with starting basic pay of ₹23,000. Remuneration also includes DA, HRA, and project-specific allowances. Approximate annual CTC is ₹6.8 Lakhs.
